Description
The FoodCraft Autoloading Chicken Leg Processor automatically removes the saddle from the overhead line and cuts the saddle into the cuts required by the customer.
Effectively produce backs, whole legs, thighs and drums and even leg quarters with minimal adjustment. Finished pieces can also easily be separated left from right into product chutes for pack out.
Operating at speeds far exceeding 90 birds per minute, the FoodCraft Leg Processor achieves 98% "Grade A" cuts while maximizing yield from the saddle cuts.
